The tour starts with a pick up at your hotel or cruise ship terminal between 9:30 am and 10:30 am. We offer round trip transfer from X, Y, Z. In case you stay in a remote area where transfer is not available, you need to come to the check in location on your own by 10:00 am. Our departure point is the cruise port in Bridgetown. Exact pick up time will be advised after reservation.
We will take you to the heart of the island and board an electric tram specially designed to lead you through this breathtaking limestone cave. During the 18th and 19th centuries many expeditions attempted to explore Harrison’s Cave with little advancement. Back then, the natural entrances to the cave were hard to access and the internal cave network presented many challenges, and the cave was conquered much later in the 1970s.
You will learn about the cave's formations and its exciting history from your experienced and friendly guide. Listen to the many stories and admire the stalactites and stalagmites that are still growing and making the caves very much alive along with streams, waterfalls and turquoise ponds.
After our Harrison's Cave tram tour we will return you to your hotel or cruise ship terminal between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm, or you can choose to add on extra beach time or add on a boat trip. In this case, we will take you to Carlisle Bay for an amazing time on the beautiful shore.
