Description

The tour starts with a pick up at your hotel or cruise ship terminal between 10:00 am and 11:00 am. We offer round trip transfer from X, Y, Z. In case you stay in a remote area where transfer is not available, you need to come to the check in location on your own by 10:00 am. Our departure point is the cruise port in Bridgetown. Exact pick up time will be advised after reservation.


We will take you to St. Nicholas Abbey to start our tour at one of the finest historic sites in the island. The Abbey offers a colorful experience on the plantation with rum tasting. Your friendly guide will tell you many stories about its history. You will have the chance to taste the award-winning Barbadian rum and experience the smooth taste with a lively finish while learning about the long tradition of producing and trading rum.


Our second stop is Barclays Park for a delicious Bajan lunch in Chill 'n Breeze. The place overlooks the Cattlewash area where the Atlantic waves pound the shores. A delightful place to enjoy your (lunch?).


After lunch, we will move on to Bathsheba Beach, located on the Eastern coastline of Barbados not far from Barclays Park. This area is a popular with surfers, locals, and visitors as well, and is dotted with lovely seaside cottages.


Then we will change the seaside view for botanical wonders and visit two amazing gardens. Our first stop is Andromeda Botanic Gardens which has been created as a private family garden and is totally organic as it uses only natural forms of fertilizer and pest control. Explore many species of unique trees and plants, then take a seat in our vehicle again and head to our second garden stop.


Hunte's Gardens is another Caribbean gem where you can wander around the series of mini-gardens embedded within the main large unit and explore the brilliant colors and textures of rare exotic plants. The creator of the garden also likes to spend time here, you may even meet him.


We will return to Bridgetown by 5:00 pm and drop you off at your hotel or cruise ship terminal between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm, if you are not from a remote area.
