The tour starts with a pick up at your hotel or cruise ship terminal between 9:00 am and 10:00 am. We offer round trip transfer from X, Y, Z. In case you stay in a remote area where transfer is not available, you need to come to the check in location on your own by 10:00 am. Our departure point is the cruise port in Bridgetown. Exact pick up time will be advised after reservation.
Once we are all together, we will head to Orchid World & Tropical Flower Garden, surrounded by sugarcane fields in the heart of the Barbadian countryside. We will stroll around a meandering path leading us past a waterfall, a coral grotto, and five orchid houses with beautiful blooms.
LUNCH (Martin's Bay)
Then we will stop at Bathsheba Beach on the Eastern coastline of the island where you get to enjoy the view and take stunning photos. The area is popular with surfers, locals, and visitors as well, and is dotted with pretty seaside cottages.
Our next stop is St. John's Church where we will spend more than an hour. It was built in 1846 to replace the church that was destroyed by the Great Hurricane in 1831. Explore the peaceful church and revel in the spectacular view of the East Coast.
The last stop of our small group sightseeing tour in Barbados is Sunbury Plantation House, a more than 300 years old gem in the island's history. A special feature is that all rooms are open to visitors. You will see mahogany antiques, old prints and a unique collection of horse-drawn carriages, and learn about the house's history.
We will return to Bridgetown by 5:00 pm and drop you off at your hotel or cruise ship terminal between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm, if you are not from a remote area.
