The tour starts with a pick up at your hotel or cruise ship terminal between 10:00 am and 11:00 am. We offer round trip transfer from X, Y, Z. In case you stay in a remote area where transfer is not available, you need to come to the check in location on your own by 10:00 am. Our departure point is the cruise port in Bridgetown. Exact pick up time will be advised after reservation.
Once everybody is comfortable in our mini van, we will start our afternoon adventure and head to St. Nicholas Abbey. The Abbey is one of the finest historic sites in Barbados offering a diverse experience from a historical tour on the plantation to rum tasting. Your guide will tell you many stories filled with tales of love and intrigue.
Our adult travelers will be offered to taste the famous and authentic rum of Barbados, and experience the smooth taste with a lively, sharp finish. It is a great opportunity to sip some award-winning rum while learning about the long tradition of producing and trading rum.
The Abbey is also home to the St. Nicholas Abbey Heritage Railway. You may hop on for a train ride that is only 1 km long and takes approximately 40 minutes including a 20-minute stop at Cherry Tree Hill. Please not that the train ride is optional and not included in our price.
After our visit on the plantation, we will head to Northern tip of the island, the beautiful North Point. The spot offers a breathtaking view as the waves keep crashing into the limestone cliffs. You can explore the colorful Animal Flower Cave or choose to stay outside. Please note that Animal Flower Cave admission is optional and not included in our price.
We will return to Bridgetown by 3:00 pm and drop you off at your hotel or cruise ship terminal between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm, if you are not from a remote area.
