Description
Paragliding is a fun, exciting and relatively easy way to fly. With paragliding, it’s all about staying in the air as long as possible, therefore to fly! It is the most natural form of human-flying, and isn’t that a dream for everybody?
No previous experience is necessary for our tandem-flights where you will be flying with your experienced guide. All you will need to do is to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Dominican Republic.
The tour starts with a pick up at your hotel. We will drive you to the flying site that we choose based on current weather and wind conditions. Once we arrive, we set you up with your gear and give you a safety briefing.
We make the take-off by running off a mountain, and within a few seconds, we will be hanging under the paraglider, high above the ground. Using the lines that are attached on the glider, your guide will control the direction and heights of the flight. Total flight time is between 10-25 minutes. We will take 2 videos of your adventure which is included in the price.
After the tour, you are returned to your hotel. Occasionally, if time allows us, we can take you to the Baiguste or Gimeno waterfalls for a quick shower.
