Get away from the crowds with this “off the beaten track” excursion! Leap off a series of waterfalls and immerse yourself in a Dominican wilderness discovered by only the most intrepid tourists! This is the perfect adventure for those looking for something more physical and right off the beaten path.
The tour leaves from Cabarete with a 45-minute drive to our base camp. Your guides will get you geared up in wetsuit, harness, helmet and life jacket. After the safety briefing we hop into the van for a 10-minute drive to the canyon entrance.
We will do approximately 12 jumps up to 30 feet (10 meters) with a total river time of approximately 2.5 hours. After the river adventure, there will be a 20 minute steep climb to the donkey meeting point and a further 25 minutes back to case camp.
We will serve you a delicious Dominican lunch before the drive back to Cabarete, arriving around 2:30 pm.
