Check in at our office in Bavaro at 8:30 am for the morning tour or 1:30 pm for the afternoon tour, or enjoy a complimentary pick up at your hotel. We offer round trip transfer from most hotels in Uvero Alto, Bavaro, Punta Cana and Cap Cana. Exact pick up time will be advised after reservation.
Once everybody is on board and all the children are comfortable, we will sail out and cruise along the Bavaro coast at a speed of 5 knots, through the most captivating sites of the area. The catamaran has a capacity of 35 passengers, but maximum 15 passengers can book this excursion, so you can have plenty of space for yourself and your family. You can enjoy light fruit snacks and turkey or cheese croissant during the sailing excursion.
We will cruise all the way to the Cabeza de Toro reef, which is an excellent spot to snorkel and one of the most beautiful reefs in the area for sure. Swim and snorkel with schools of colorful fish and coral, enjoy the crystal clear water, and explore this brilliant underwater world.
We will then board the catamaran again to visit a peaceful beach in the Bavaro area, next to the Bavaro Lagoon. It is a natural reserve and home to a special kind of fish, the ciprynodon Higey, which exists only in this lagoon.
You can enjoy delicious alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails on this beach. Taste the delicious Coco Loco, an authentic Dominican cocktail, prepared with coconut milk and accompany it with fresh coconut meat.
At lunchtime we offer a hearty meal with the exciting tastes of the Caribbean. You can choose from 4 different options. Seafood (spiny lobster, octopus, shrimp, calamari, fish), meat (Angus flat meat, sausages, pork ribs, chicken), surf & turf (spiny lobster & angus flat meat), or vegetarian (zucini ceviche, pasta salad, grilled veggies, salad) lunch. We also offer 2 kinds of kids meal, kids' meal (mini hamburger, sausages, chicken and chips) and kids' seafood (spiny lobster, shrimp, fish and chips). Our open bar offers Presidente beer, 7 year Aejo rum, vodka, orange juice and all kinds of other non-alcoholic refreshments all day.
The last stop of our family-friendly catamaran excursion in Punta Cana will be at the natural pools with shallow, 4-feet water. Relax and enjoy refreshments from our open bar, teach your little ones to swim, or put on the snorkel gear and have some fun before heading back to Bavaro.
We return to Bavaro and take you back to your hotel approximately at 1:30 pm for the morning tour, or 6:30 pm for the afternoon tour.
