Description
If you ever dreamed of discovering the underwater world, the Discover Scuba Dive is your perfect chance to get a first hand experience on this magical outdoor activity.
The first part of your PADI Discover Scuba Diving course is all about equipment: learn what gear you need to scuba dive, and how to use it to move around underwater. You will learn how to use your gear and breath underwater on the beach in waist deep water.
Once you feel comfortable and confident, you will slowly swim descend and discover the nearby reef only 15 feet (5 meters) deep. You will dive alongside your PADI-certified instructor, and start exploring the vivid colors and wildlife of the Caribbean's marine world. While Discover Scuba Diving is not a scuba certification course, it’s the perfect chance to see if scuba diving is a good fit for you, and could be the very first step in a lifetime of scuba diving around the world.
You can get credit for this program if you decide to continue diving. This experience can count towards a PADI Scuba Diver or Open water Diver certification – putting you a step ahead when you decide to go for it!

- Full refund if cruise ship does not dock in time or does not dock at all and tour is missed.

The staff was great and friendly. We got tons of attention. My daughter is 14 and this was her first dive, and Damien took such great care of her. He made sure she was watched like a hawk and educated her well on all the basics. The water was beautiful, the ride out to the dive spot breathtaking, and everything was organized. Not one bad thing to say. I highly recommend this trip.

scuba diving with the team from Aqua Marina was once again great.. as all good divers know after a storm Like Irma the diving isn't always the greatest. however Damion our Dive Master, and Swanie our boat captain made our dive experience great. You can't ask for a better day then to be on the dive boat with friends like them.

the place was hard to find, had to take 2 taxis because the first dropped us off at the wrong dive shop. Other then that it was great, my kids loved it said it was teh best thing they've ever done. staff was fantastic. Gave them a tip to drop me off back at the cruise ship instead of doing a land taxi. was so much shorter. There was a lot to see at the dive.

We were very nervous for our first dive but the instructor immediately calmed those fears. We were throughly instructed on land and prior to the dive and felt comfortable once we started the dive. Saw lots of fish and dove at the marine park in Little Bay. Would definitely do again!

If you have ever thought about scuba diving, I highly recommend this activity. The instructor is personable. The instruction very clear and easy to follow. And you actually get to do an open water dive. It's a great way to see if you want to get certified for scuba, and counts toward that certificat

Gave this as a Christmas gift to my son and his finance. It was a beautiful day, they told me. Pool experience was great. They got into the ocean and visablility was zero. That was a costly gift to see nothing. Vendor did not tell them ahead of time and no alternate dates were offered, not even a come on back and snorkel with us. Definitely wouldn't recommend and we are in st Maarten every year.
