Description
This tour is available in a full-day version with extra stops at Pinel Island, Tintamarre and lunch at Grand Case.
Check-in for hotel guests is in Simpson Bay at 8:30 am, so you won't have to wake up too early. We also offer free hotel transfer from certain parts of the Dutch side of the island if you request (see details below). Exact pick up time will be advised after reservation.
Cruise ship guests will be picked up at 9:00 am close to the cruise ship terminal at Bobby's Marina.
Once everybody is on board, we will cruise through Simpson Bay Lagoon, the largest lagoon in the Caribbean, where you will see multi million dollar mega yachts such as the Limitless owned by Victoria's Secret, as well as the French Governor's family home.
We will exit the lagoon to Marigot, the capital of French St. Martin, then follow the coastline all the way to Creole Rock, a rock formation in the middle of the French Nature Reserve with loads of fishes and coral.
Our next stop will be Long Bay where the island's only really luxurious hotel is to be found frequented by the biggest Hollywood super stars, as well as the most expensive villa on the island owned by Donald Trump. We will introduce you to our unique floating bar time or you can just relax on the white sand beach and work on your tan.
Of course on the way back we will stop at the world famous Maho Beach where you can experience the giant passenger planes landing over your head.
We return to the cruise ship terminal by 1:00 pm and say farewell to our cruise ship guests, then bring back the hotel guests to Simpson Bay by 1:30 pm while sipping on our last rum punch.

This was the best day of our entire cruise! All 7 of us agreed (ages 14 to 53). Miguel and Chris were phenomenal. The boat ride was fast and fun, the snorkeling awesome, and they threw us beers while we swam at the beach! I'm not a big swimmer - Chris made sure I was comfortable in the water and escorted me to/from the boat like my personal tour guide. Our family of 8 has ages ranged of 21 months, 9, 12, 14,15 year old kids! They had a blast! It was a bit of a walk for all of us from the port but wasn't too bad! It was maybe a 15-20 minute walk. We arrived and signed our waivers and were on our way. Captain Al was beyond amazing and did a great job driving the boat and talking about St. Maartin. We were concerned about the conditions due to the wind and the water being choppy and the comfort level. The captain took his time and made sure everyone was in the most comfortable seats. We first went to a place to do some snorkeling, but with my mother in law on the boat with the baby, I suggested we go to a beach somewhere. There, he took us to the most gorgeous beach with the most incredible sand and views. Captain Al kept the beer, rum punch and soda coming along with chips to snack on. Our 12 year old son wanted to fish as well - they were so accommodating that they purchased a rod for him to use!!! Extra kudos to them for going out of their way!! He caught two fish, a jack and a mackerel, as we trolled back to the dock. This was the best experience!!! We highly recommend to anyone visiting St. Maartin.July 11, 2018

About halfway through the tour, my husband looked at me and said that I would have to write them an excellent review. My overworked husband LOVED this outing.
To give you an idea of how nice our tour guide was, my husband asked him if it would be OK if he was in some of our photos, Nicholas replied, “It would be my honor, sir.”
Amazing snorkeling, the views from the boat, the beaches, the fun boat ride – we had such a good time.
My family thought I was a champ for booking this outing. We will definitely book again.
A couple of things that might be helpful. To find the marina, You need to leave the gated cruise port area and walk along the street a couple of minutes to the marina just beyond the cruise port area. I was a little confused. I probably should have looked it up on a map first.
The Billy Bones boat was newer, and in good condition.
If you have kids under 10, I would highly recommend bringing a hand held viewer (see below), versus using a mask and snorkel. It’s way easier for the kids, and you won’t spend your time adjusting their masks for water & fog. No whining from my children with these viewers. Amazon. $15.
I scheduled a half-day, but in hindsight my kids could have done an all-day tour. Next time.

We had a blast with this company....our guides were awesome!! Great snorkeling, saw a ton of fish and lucky enough to see a stingray!
