Description
Meet the crew at 9:15 am at Dock Maarten in Philipsburg, only a short walking distance from the cruise ship terminal. Board our hip power catamaran and get ready for a fun and exciting trip around Sint Maarten / St. Martin and visit the best beaches and uninhabited islands of each side.
We begin our 6-hour trip cruising along the St. Maarten's beautiful coastline passing Great Bay, Little Bay and Simpson Bay. Next we will pass the world famous Maho Beach where we might be lucky enough to see a large passenger plane taking off or landing.
Past Mullet Bay we will cruise around Terre Basses (also called Low Lands). We will sail along Long Bay and Plum Bay the the island's most luxurious resorts and villas are located, the most expensive one belonging to Donald Trump.
We will travel deeper into the French side of St. Martin passing by Marigot, the capital of the French side. We will have our first snorkeling stop at Creole Rock, a rock formation in the middle of the French Nature Reserve that hosts excellent snorkeling.
Once we have explored the reef, we head to Grand Case for a delicious Caribbean style lunch at a beach restaurant. Lunch includes BBQ ribs or chicken served with rice, peas, green salad, potato salad, slaw and fried plantain. For $5, you can upgrade your meal to fish (usually king fish or mahi). Vegetarian option is a yummy mix of salads with rice and peas.
After lunch, we take a trip to Tintamarre island, an uninhabited Marine park reserve. Feel free to explore the beach, swim with turtles, paddle board, or just relax in the crystal clear water while our bar tender continues to make your delicious cocktails.
Our final stop for the day is Pinel island (if time allows), a pristine little paradise island with beautiful shallow water and excellent snorkeling. You can take a hike for scenic panoramic views, feed the hungry iguanas and shop in the small beach side boutique.
From Pinel, we will have a nice trip back to Dock Maarten to arrive by 3:30 pm. You will still have the chance to hit the boardwalk for some shopping or just head back to your ship or hotel to relax.

Check in at Dock Maarten which is approximately 1 mile from the cruise ship terminal. Once you exit the cruise ship terminal, turn left and walk over to the neighboring marina called Dock Maarten and look for our big blue catamaran. The walk takes about 10 minutes from the terminal.
Occasionally, the tour leaves from the Simpson Bay Yacht Club when there are no cruise ship guests. We will advise exact check-in location after reservation.

Great time!
This was an amazing tour! We saw all sides of St. Martin via a beautiful catamaran! There was plenty of comfy seating in the shade and sun if you wanted. Stephan and Justin made sure we were comfortable and well hydrated the entire day! Lunch was delicious and had several options if you are a picky eater! Great Trip to St. Maarten

Justen and Daniel were both wonderful hosts. Very accommodating and helpful, and made great drinks, too. :)
The "peg leg" drink was delicious. I tried another one after that and didn't enjoy it as much. Hubby liked the margaritas the most, I think.
Lunch was delicious also. I recommend bringing your flip flops if you can--- because we parked a little offshore and walked in through the water, I didn't bring my shoes and I am a *little* bit of a germohobe and definitely wished I had my shoes at the restaurant. In the area of the restaurant we took some beautiful photos at the bridge. We made many stops and this was one of our favorites.
The only thing I can say that may be on a bit of a negative side is that with so many stops you don't get to spend much time at them but they are beautiful and it's worth the stops. I got to see a turtle on one stop and hubby didn't-- he was sad. ;)
It was very easy to find and walk to after docking and getting off of the cruise ship also... so that's a plus. We did not get a taxi and you don't really need one.

- only twi people in the crew and one was captian. So, only one peaple to work on boat and take care of 23 people. The services on boat afecteed
We had 35 min delay and from this reason we skipped sone objectives (like Maho) because they had fixed our for returning.
Great Time

Justin and Stephan were amazing hosts and seeing some of the other options out on the water Boomerang SXM is definitely the superior choice. This was an amazing outing! The snorkeling experience was top notch, the meal was delicious, the bar was great (with something for everyone) and the crew was like family! I have trouble with my legs, so climbing a ladder from the water was out of the question. This Catamaran had stairs in the front that I easily got up and down, to and from the water. My friend and I were looking to snorkel, and we were referred to boomerang by a local bar, and man-they didn’t fail to impress!! We had such a good time, and the people we met were a blast! The music was awesome(they even played country! ) drinks were top notch, and the craft cocktail list was impressive!! Stephen and Justin went out of their way to make sure fun was had by all!! Huge shout out to Stefan! Amazing day out on Boomerang. We have been on many other snorkel/ island excursions and This was by far the best that we have ever been on. Best beach and snorkel tour in St Maarten. Excellent for all ages. Captain Stephen and his mate Justin were extremely informative, helpful and made the trip lots of fun. We were a family of 10 - grandparents, adults and grandchildren from 7 to 13. Everyone had a marvelous time. The boat is very easy to board and to exit for swimming and snorkeling. On board bar, washroom and lots of seating in both sun and shade. Special thank you to Stephen for special help for grandma. Wonderful lunch on the beach - ribs or chicken or fish. Felt like we lived in the Caribbean. Great music throughout the ride. Snorkel equipment, noodles and paddle boards on board. Not overcrowded like the cruise excursions. We were a party of 16 people. We were on a cruise and we seclected this activity at Sint Maarten. We walked 10 minutes from the ship pier to the marina. The crew and the boat were waiting for us at our arrival. It is a nice boat. The crew was Stefan the owner and Justin the captain. Our journey lasted 6 hours. We visited 3 places: Creole Rock were we did some snorkeling, Grand Case where we had Carribean style lunch (chicken or rib on the BBQ) and Tintemarre were he did snorkel, paddle board and beach. Stefan and Justin were great with us. Stefan were also the barmaid. He made us plenty of good drinks with high qualit alcool. The music was fun on the boat. The weather was perfect with a sunny 29 deg C. We had a wonderful day. We highly recommend this excursion.March 18, 2019

This tour surpassed our expectations! Right from booking Stephen was informative and helpful. We were a party of 10 ranging from age 7 to 73!! We arrived at the pier and he was waiting for us, the boat was spacious and pristine. We felt welcome from the start of our day. Each stop was amazing, secluded beaches, amazing swimming and snorkeling. Stephen knew exactly the spots to stop at. We were offered drinks throughout the trip, they were all very good. Stephen even delivered my drink to me when I was swimming. Amazing hospitality. The lunch was delicious!! Swimming from the boat onto the shore and having lunch on the beautiful beach was unforgettable!! Everyone from our party enjoyed themselves. Our kids commented that is was the best day of our cruise!! They took very good care of my parents who are elderly with limited mobility. We had booked a different day trip snorkeling tour who rebooked us with Boomerang the day before our arrival. What felt like a bad situation turned out to be one of the best days we had on our cruise - Stefan was so nice to agree to take my husband and I at the last minute. From the moment we boarded, Stefan and Justin did a wonderful job providing an excellent and fun experience. All the stops we made were wonderful and there were plenty of drinks and music on board. And a very important point for us - plenty of overhead coverage from the sun for those who need it.
