Public transportation in Aruba is limited, but there are options available. The Arubus public bus system operates seven days a week and can take you to many popular destinations on the island. However, the schedules can be inconsistent and the buses can be crowded.
The Arubus runs every 15 minutes from 5:45 am until 6:00 pm. After that, they run every 40 minutes until 11:30 pm. They run from downtown Oranjestad (close to the cruise ship terminal and next to Royal Plaza) to the end of Palm Beach.
