If you are looking for a quick get-away from the busy areas and can’t wait to be mesmerized by some serious scenery of Aruba’s jaw-dropping coastline, our half day Natural Pool Safari is designed for you.
The tour starts from the moment we pick you up at your hotel or resort. You will be brought to our office, which is located only 10 minutes away from all major resorts, where you will be greeted by your tour captain.
We will leave our headquarter in a small caravan and before you know it you will be stopping at the beautiful historical sites of Aruba, such as:
Fuente Natural Bridges: Pounding waves and strong winds have slowly chiseled away at the limestone cliffs along Aruba’s north coast to create several natural bridges. Before collapsing in 2005, the largest and most photographed of these bridges was the famous Natural Bridge between the Bushiribana gold mine ruins and Andicuri Beach. The tour will stop at an other natural bridge, called the Fuente Natural Bridge.
Arikok National Park: This beautiful nature reserve is home to a variety of unique attractions and cultural heritage sites, including spectacular caves, original Indian rock drawings, unusual land formations made from lava, quartz diorite and limestone, guided nature walks through dry river beds to secluded bays like Moro, Boca Prins and Dos Playa.
Conchi Natural Pool: In a unique rock formation, volcanic stone circles a small depression, creating the tranquil natural pool of Aruba. The location of the pool is surrounded by some of Aruba's most rugged terrain, so a visitor truly gets the feeling of having "discovered" something when they reach the site. The Conchi Natural Pool is Aruba’s most remote, yet most famous natural attraction.
Indian Caves: Along Aruba’s windward coast, in the deep recesses of rock, you will find mysterious wall paintings left behind by Indians. The Guadirikiri Cave is famous for its two chambers, illuminated by the sunlight streaming through holes in the roof of the cave. The Fountain Cave is the most popular one for the Arawak drawings on the ceiling that provides a real sense of island history.
Ayo Rock Formations: These ancient rock formations were created as a result of a collision of tectonic plates. The top of Casibari offers a beautiful panoramic view, while Ayo hosts a path to primitive Indian cave paintings. The rocks are surrounded by a “cactus forest” which is also nice to explore.
The best part of this trip is that you will get to experience the Conchi Natural Pool by swimming and snorkeling. The pool is formed by a wall of volcanic rock formation that allows a tranquil and refreshing swimming, on a side of the island that is otherwise not possible. While snorkeling, you will be amazed by colorful fishes and coral life.
Our state-of-the-art Land Rovers will go through this fun and exhilarating, yet bumpy terrain without hesitation. Our vehicles also feature the most comfortable seats with extra cushioning for added comfort.
Ice cold water is offered throughout the tour and we will serve you a delicious Aruban hot lunch in the morning tour.
At the end of the tour, you will be returned to your hotel.
