Description
The tour starts with a pick up at your accommodation around 8:30 am but pick up time might be adjusted to meet cruise ship schedule. We will always contact you about the exact pick up time after reservation.
You will meet your friendly local guide who will show you the island in this 7-hour Curacao highlight island tour. The tour will lead your through the whole island to see several water spectacles formed by the crushing waves and to enjoy the most beautiful beaches.
This highlight Curacao island tour will visit the following landmarks of the island:
Mini desert of Curacao: After pickup from your accommodation and a safety briefing, your adventure starts off at the wide-open desert planes. Your guide will tell you about the volcanic and coral geological origins of the island with three distinct terraces running for miles along the northern coastline of Curacao.
Supladó: We then visit the natural jacuzzi where sea water and foam are sprayed through a chute into the air displaying colorful fountains and rainbows. One can stand in the shallow warm water surrounding the Supladó and watch the spectacular show from close by. You may also spot exotic birds like herons, frigate birds and caracaras in this area.
Christoffel National Park: We will not hike the mountain but will drive through the Christoffel National Park and will frequently stop to admire the panoramic views and learn about the interesting flora, fauna and historic landscapes.
Beach time: On the way back to your hotel or the cruise terminal, we will stop at a local beach for a short, refreshing splash in the water.

- Hiking is involved
- Do not bring valuables as we will leave the Jeep unattended when we hike to the remote sites
- Tour starts with a pick up between 8:00-9:00 am, we will email you the exact pick up time depending on where you stay
- We do not pick up from the Westpunt area, those who stay there will need to drive to a location which we will email you

- Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the commencement of the activity, no refund after.

- Full refund if cruise ship does not dock in time or does not dock at all and tour is missed.

My wife and I took the Natural Treasures/Natuurlijke Schatten tour while vacationing on Curacao and we're very glad we did. We were kindly asked to leave a review and they definitely deserved one.September 09, 2017
The tour took around 8 hours of the day total. We were picked up directly from our hotel. The vehicle was an open jeep, making the rides enjoyable and very bearable on this hot day. We were trying to stay properly hydrated, which meant drinking breaks at every stop. Not a problem. Most of the stops contained a nice fresh breeze anyways.
Our driver, Howard, has lived on Curacao for his entire life, something we were definitely not able to guess right off the bat. His knowledge and stories about the island proved it. He made the trip very interesting and fun for everyone.
Overall this was a great way to become familiar with Curacao. This tour and Howard made the trip much more memorable. Great guides like him make a big difference on long tours like this one.

We had a great day on the Natural Treasures tour with our guide Larry, who clearly loves his job and it made for a great day. He had a full tour with 8 people and we all got along great with Larry breaking the ice and making everyone feel comfortable. February 24, 2017
A lot of this tour is off-road so bumpy but fun. The blow-hole experience is wonderful fun. We loved the final swim at a quiet beach, although snorkeling is much better one beach over from the one the tour takes you to.
The only thing that would have made the tour better is more time in Christoffel Park with a chance to get out and look around a bit.
Highly recommend this tour operator.
